Amy has a proven record of earning clients’ trust, delivering exceptional service, and catering toward the specific needs of the luxury market. In addition, she has held a variety of strategic positions in organizations and real estate boards in the Los Angeles market.
In Amy’s current role focuses on business development and marketing for the North Scottsdale. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her two children, volunteering for organizations that benefit women and children in need and being active outdoors.

After graduating from the University of Washington, Karynn started her career in the Seattle market which led to over 20 years of professional experience which took her to Oregon and Arizona. Currently, Karynn is the Area Manager for First American Home Warranty serving the Scottsdale and Northern Arizona territory. She has achieved President’s Club and Circle of Excellence in the past 4 years as well as other sales awards and accolades in her career.
Karynn is passionate about developing and maintaining healthy business relationships with Realtors and other industry partners, and educating them on the value her services can bring to their business. Outside of work, Karynn enjoys hiking the desert trails near her home, dog and wildlife rescue, a travel enthusiast and wine tasting.
